How you earn

The Journey Credit Card earns 360° Rewards Points on every eligible purchase — the same points currency redeemable across airlines, hotels, shopping vouchers, and cashback.

Earn rate:

• 4 360° Rewards Points per USD 1 spent on international (non-AED) transactions
• 2 360° Rewards Points per USD 1 spent on local (AED) transactions

How you redeem

• Transfer to airline or hotel loyalty programmes (miles/points)
• Redeem for cashback — earn 2% cashback on your points balance when you purchase an airline ticket (e.g. 50,000 points = AED 1,000 cashback). Call 800 4949 within 60 days of the ticket purchase to redeem.
• Redeem for e-vouchers at Amazon, Carrefour, Noon, Sharaf DG, IKEA, CAFU, Joyalukkas and more via the 360 Rewards portal
• Redeem for catalogue items via the 360 Rewards portal

• Airport Lounge Access: Unlimited visits for the primary cardholder and a guest via the Visa Airport Companion (VAC) app. First 2 visits are complimentary; access becomes unlimited upon making at least 1 international purchase of USD 1 or more during the first 2 visits. Same conditions apply to supplementary cardholders.
• Airport Transfers: 4 complimentary airport rides per year via Careem. Enter promo code SCB100 for up to AED 100 discount per ride. Offer activation requires purchase of an airline ticket.
• Multi-trip Travel Insurance: Complimentary coverage on all trips up to 90 days for the cardholder and family. Activate by making travel purchases on the Journey card. Visit cardholderbenefitsonline.com to generate your travel insurance certificate.
• UAE Airport Duty-Free Cashback: Earn 10% cashback on purchases at all UAE airport duty-free stores (capped at AED 100 per statement). Activate by purchasing an airline ticket within the last 180 days.
• DUBZ Airport Services: 15% discount on all DUBZ home check-in, luggage delivery, and airport assistance services.
• Golf: 2 complimentary golf rounds per billing cycle via SpikesOn.com app, subject to a minimum spend of AED 12,000 in the billing cycle. A one-time fee of AED 525 applies per round if the spend threshold is not met. Shared benefit between primary and supplementary cardholders.
• Warehouse Gym: Up to 30 complimentary visits per billing cycle to Warehouse Gym locations in the UAE. Minimum spend applies.
• Cinema: Buy 1 Get 1 Free movie tickets at all VOX Cinemas and Reel Cinemas in the UAE. Maximum 8 tickets (4 free) per person per card per month. 25% discount on food and beverages at the Candy Bar.
• Visa ENTERTAINER: Complimentary access to Visa ENTERTAINER 2-for-1 offers on dining, beauty, attractions, and hotels worldwide via the Visa Airport Companion app.
• BookingBash Pro Membership: Complimentary Pro membership (worth up to AED 499) via the BookingBash app — discounts on theme parks, museums, cruises, safaris, and indoor activities.
• Buyers Protection: Extra purchase protection on eligible new item purchases made with the Journey card. Claims via visa@broadspire.eu.
• Visa Infinite Concierge: 24/7 personalised concierge service via email (concierge@visainfinitemea.com) or WhatsApp (+44 7874 023129 English / +44 7520 631645 Arabic).
• Annual fee is AED 1,575 inclusive of 5% VAT (AED 1,500 base). Year 1 fee is waived if you spend a minimum of AED 10,000 within 60 days of card opening — the same spend condition that qualifies for the AED 1,000 welcome cashback, so both benefits are earned simultaneously. From Year 2 onwards, the annual fee is waived on a minimum AED 150,000 spend in the previous 12 months.
